Poštovani,

Nakon što je usvojen Regulacioni plan nerealiziranog dijela cjeline "Pecara 2" u Tuzli na sjednici Gradskog vijeća Tuzla, zanima me da li će uskoro početi izgranja planiranih stambeno-poslovnih objekata?

Obzirom da je obuhvat Regulacionog plana Pecara 2 zahvatio zemljišne površine koje su u vlasništvu privatnih pravnih lica, dinamika izgradnje planiranih objekata, zavisit će id opredelenja vlasnika zemljišta u smislu da li će i kada pristupiti realizaciji plana. Trenutno smo u prilici kazati da je vrlo izvjesno da će u najkraćem roku krenuti izgradnja stambeno poslovnog objekta na dijelu zemljišta sa sjeverne strane obzirom da je vlasnik zemljišta već podnio zahtjev da mu se dostavi izvod iz regulacionog plana u cilju poduzimanja potrebnih aktivnosti za ishodjenje potrebnih dozvola za gradnju.
