Poštovani,

Želim prijaviti konstantno spaljivanje otpada (plastike) u naselju Ljepunice od strane mještana.

U vezi vaše prijave kao i telefonske dojave P. M. komunalni inspektor je izašao na lice mjesta dana 04.08. 2020. godine i nije zatekao nikakva paljenja sekundarne sirovine plastike na otvorenom u naselju Ljepunice. Komunalni inspektor je obišao kompletan teren Ljepunica, put Brgule i ništa nije uočeno u obliku bilo kakvog spalivanja otpada.

Ukoliko želite da se poduzmu inspekcijske mjere i prekršilac kazni, mora bit imenovan i u momentu paljenja, da se prekršilac zatekne,te se tad može izreći prekršajni nalog ili uz službenu zabilješku policajca PU PS „ZAPAD“, ukoliko pali posle 16 sati.“
