Poštovani, Želim da prijavim beskućnika koji spava po haustoru u Lameli već drugu zimu za redom. Isti je alkoholičar i mentalno oboljela osoba koja bi trebala da bude smještena u instituciju za trajni smještaj, a ne da spava po haustorima i u intoksiciranom stanju napada žene ili djecu, te se skida gol i pokazuje genitalije. Unaprijed hvala na intervenciji.
